All brand partners must sign up for a designated account in which a Tax ID is required. We require our wholesale accounts to be stores owners, distributors, or brokers.

We require payment in full via ACH or Wire before we ship to your place of business. Please inquire with one of representatives if you would like to make your payment via credit card. 

Jade Fusion can ship usually within 24 hours of initial payment. If order is past Thursday at 1:00 PM MT, shipment could sometimes not be shipped until the following Monday.

If product you received is damaged, or tampered with, please email us with your order number and we will look into the issue. Please send us an email with the order number and prepare shipment to be retuned to our facility. We will do everything we can to fix the situation.
